Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri green leaves
- 3-4 pieces green cardamom (Elaichi)
- 1 piece of cinnamon roll (dalchini)
- Few saffron strands
- Few dried rose petals
- 2 teaspoons of crushed almonds
- honey, as per taste
The process to make kahwa tea
Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add crushed cardamom, cinnamon, and saffron into it. Let this mixture simmer on a medium flame for 1 more minute and add some rose petals into it. Put the Kashmiri green leaves into it after crushing them with your hands. Let the tea boil for 1-2 minutes more. Put off the flame. Place the crushed almonds in the bottom of the serving glass.
