Few months ago, I went shopping for my usual BB cream but could not find the one I regularly use. I wanted something urgently so, I opted for Himalaya clear complexion whitening day cream instead. Since I had never used Himalaya cosmetics so I was a little sceptical but still decided to give it a try. Here is a review for the same.

Packaging

The cream comes in a glass tub with a matte finish. It is cute to look at but may not be travel friendly. Although the glass used for the container is quite thick hence all you need to do is be a bit careful while handling it.

My Experience With Himalaya Clear Complexion Whitening Day Cream

Most of the times I prefer using the herbal supplements from Himalaya and this is the first time I have used a cosmetic product from this company. The fragrance is mild and lingers on for a while after applying the product. The cream has medium consistency and is beige in its color. I use just a small amount to cover my face. I apply it all over and then massage it slowly. Within minutes the cream is absorbed due to its light texture. It is neither too dry nor too oily the balance is just correct. After regularly using it over a period of few months I feel that cream does not literally make your skin fair or whiten your complexion but does a good job of hiding mild blemishes as well as large pores.

My Recommendation

Himalaya clear complexion whitening day cream is a unique cream that can be used by almost all skin types during most seasons with little adjustments. Those with oily, acne-prone or combination skin will find it great during winters. And those with dry skin might have to mix a little bit of moisturizer during winters. The cream already has mild moisturising property. Your skin does not become too dry after applying it. Also, it does not leave behind any white patches. This is a great cream to use in case you are in a hurry and do not want to add layers of foundation. It will instantly boost your facial glow without applying any additional makeup.

I would definitely love buying it again.
