Method

In a separate pan warm the milk, turn off the flame, and add it to the simmering tea. Let it simmer together for another couple of minutes. Strain and pour in a cup. Add your honey or any sugar alternative and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Mint leaves
  • ½ inch Ginger stick
  • ½ Cut Lemon slices
  • 1 Bottle Filtered Water

Method

Add ginger, mint, and lemon to the bottle first. Now top it with water. Close the bottle cap and let it sit overnight in the fridge. You can take it out from the fridge the next day and enjoy it.   • ½ cup hot water

Method

Place all the ingredients (except hot water) into a mug with about ¼ cup of room temperature water.
